    We didn't buy our car from Midwest Auto Group, nor did we have it serviced there (we live 160 km from Geraldton). Dion, Louis and Jacob went to bat forus as if we were life long customers.     trying to book a car in for service in Geraldton need to talk to perth and they can't get rego right or address name is located in wrong place deal local they say mmmm then charge for a loan car looks like will be taking car elsewhere to be serviced somewhere local

    I have a 2016 Suzuki Grand Vitara which has required two warranty claims. One minor and one major. Two other Suzuki dealerships where not prepared to apply for the repairs to be undertaken under warranty. MidWest Auto Group did approach Suzuki and successfully had these repairs attended to under warranty.

    Starting from 23rd April we had a problem with older x trail, which most thought of as petrol problem. So tried injector cleaner, with no result. Nissan Esperance saw it as a cutting out problem and replaced 2 sensors, no result. We were conveyed by carrier to Albany after failing badly at Ravensthorpe, where after a week a petrol pump and filter were done, with no result. Problem started again 50 kms out , and being weekend, we pushed on to Perth nothing open. Told to try premium petrol. No result. Hopped all way to Geraldton where we were given list of repairers as RAC place too busy, the place we chose spent another week with testing etc then did service changed plugs etc and handed over with no result. Our son googled our symptoms and found a scenario identical but with no resolution mentioned. So next day I went to Nissan Geraldton to find out what was done for this other case even though it was not their problem. But! Dion listening to our story and symptoms said he was 99.9 percent sure he new what it could be. He proceeded to get a code to show in that area and had part flown from east and bingo here we are on our way north around Aus!

    I can only say that after 25 days of failed repairs and many thousands of dollars it was with great trepidation we ventured forward. We even received a call as we pulled into our first destination to check our progress.
