    Staff didn't want to help. Could not connect a tv for sound. Didn't even have a dvd to play so we could hear the sound. Very disappointed in the service. Glad we don't have to shop here all the time. Anywhere on the East coast runs rings around this shop!

    Staff most unhelpful. Advertising 20% off computers. Rubbish. Will not shop there again that is the second time that we have found the staff unhelpful. Was willing to spend 1500.00 on a French door fridge but there was a couldn't be bothered attitude business went to Mitchell and Brown instead

    You call your self a retailer ha Gerry goes out on national TV saying he will beat anyone who dares including the likes of Amazon and you cant even beat the good guys in town The sales person Brad pushed me onto something I didn't want to buy and the Franchisee Luke I think his name was useless what a joke of a store. I was told about there service but still gave it a shot anyways and the rumors are true worst service and price in town.
