  Absolutely unbelievable. After 8 months ,10 emails and 20 phone calls they still did not do my design. I called in to collect my gold but the guy in charge made 101 excuses about not doing the design and tried to tell me I did not call or email. He then said he would do a design right now and drew with a cheap blue pen on some scrap paper. I actually thought it was some sort off joke because it looked like a 10 year old had drew it. Any way after his drawing in blue pen which looked like a child had drawn it I told them i wanted my gold back and did not need the ring anymore. After a painful 10mins off him trying to talk me into the getting the ring made he then started looking for my gold. That’s when the real entertainment started. I sat there for maybe 1 hour as he shouted at all the staff to look for my gold. They looked everywhere and even asked him lots off times did he look in his desk we were sitting at. The staff where so nice and polite asking me if I would like water or coffee. The man was so rude and a complete mess. After nearly 1 hour he then sat down and opened a drawer and found my gold in the desk. Shop here at your own risk.

  I had a ring designed and made out of my old selection of rings and nick knacks. What they made for me in stunning I love it. My husband is also very happy with what was made which is a big win for me as I usually just get a okay nice.

  When I pointed out it wasn’t what I asked for, they initially tried to blame me, however I had email proof of final conversations & images!! I took a photo of this ring & handed it back for redesign.

  Looks like a nice good shop when you walk in. That all changes when you talk to the staff. I just needed a battery my watch. They told me my $1500 watch was cheap and badly made. They tried to sell me a $200 watch saying it was better. I went to another shop and got a new battery fitted with no problems, they said they hear that alot about Leon Bakers not a jewellers

  As a small business owner operating in a harsh economy it takes a lot for me to bad mouth any small business & not give them the benefit of the doubt. Not today. Leon Baker Jewellers, shame on you.
