  We had a great experience with Pizza Hut. Ordering over the phone was quick and easy and the girl on the line was pleasant. Receiving the pizza was also quick and easy with the girl serving being welcoming and we were out the door in less than a minute.

  Was told after an hour and a half of waiting (order placed at 7:25 showed up at 8:50) that they 'didn't actually know what that item on the menu' was, and was offered a refund. What good is a refund going to do me at 9pm at night when it's too late to order anything else? How do you not know what an item on your menu is?? And how hard is it to call me up and tell me that so I can order something else instead of sending your rude delivery guy with a sorry excuse AND the wrong drink (pepsi instead of solo) after reminding him I had ordered a drink AT ALL!! No apology from them, so no return business from me.
