  I witnessed two young aboriginal females be harrased by the security officer and employees at the entrance of the door, he had accused them of stealing. Knowing they hadn’t of stolen anything (as he followed them around the whole store). He continued to harass them, even to the point he aggressively grabbed one of the young girls by the arm and said “show me your pockets”. The second they stepped in every employee in the building had their eyes on them, these females did have money to pay for their items as they were carrying their money in their hands. Being of aboriginal descent myself, I was disgusted by the discrimination and unprofessionalism. Never going there again that’s for sure!

  Hit and miss with experiences, sometimes have great helpful staff around, and sometimes not. Even when I get served by helpful staff, the store never has in store products that I'm after, and they can't order in, and it's only available online. Also, upon trying to return a 3 pack of unopened water wipes, we were told it was company policy that they don't do returns or refunds for purchases over a week passed, which was a pain as I just had a baby and it was super difficult to leave the house in the first place. (It was 2 weeks after purchasing.) Only wanted to swap it for another brand, and yes had the receipt.

  AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE, HAS LEFT ME IN TEARS! LETS START BY THE PARKING!! THEY DONT OFFER ANY PARKING WHAT SO EVER AND WHEN YOU HAVE LITTLE KIDS AND SICK KIDS YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO CROSS ONE OF GERALDTON'S MAIN STREETS TO GET TO THE CHEMIST TO GET YOUR MEDICINE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE, THE EXPRESSIONS ON THERE FACES TELL YOU THAT NOTHING GOOD WILL COME FROM THEM AND THE OWNER/MANAGER IS SO RUDE. THE LADY PHARMACIST ABUSED ME AND THEN APPOLOGISED WHEN SHE REALISED SHE HAS THE WRONG PERSON!! YES - I KID YOU NOT!!! THERE IS NEVER ENOUGH PEOPLE IN CHECK OUT. THE PHARMACISTS NEVER EVER GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR YOU AND INFACT INTERROGATED ME ONCE WHEN I PICKED UP MY SCRIPT ONE WEEK EARLY BECAUSE I WAS ACTUALLY GOING ON HOLIDAY AND NEEDED THE REFILL BEFORE I LEFT!! IT'S SO SAD TO SEE THESE PEOPLE ""WHO ARE NOT LOCAL"" TREAT PEOPLE WHO ARE GERALDTON BORN AND BREAD WITH SUCH BAD ATTITUDE. IT HAS MY FAMILY IN A HARD SITUATION BEING BECAUSE THE PRESCRIPTIONS AT AT LEAST 50% CHEAPER THAN ALL OTHER CHEMISTS AND WE ARE LOW INCOME EARNERS SO WE USE CHEMIST WAREHOUSE FOR THIS REASON ONLY!! BUT NOW WE ARE RECONSIDERING. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. THE CHEMIST IN WANDINA THE NEW WOOLWORTHS COMPLEX HAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PHARMACISTS YOU WOULD EVER MEET!!!

  Asked 3 people for vitamin assistance,. Nobody knew and they basically just waled away from me
