    Patience is a virtue, but used here is well worthwhile. Remember that this office must also service the majority of the region, but the staff are nonetheless very knowledgeable and experienced.

    HOLDING ONLINE FOR NEWSTART WAS A NIGHTMARE. I HAVE A BAD BACK AND WAS LEFT ON HOLD WITH THE MOST AWFUL REPETITIVE MUSIC IMAGINABLE FOR IN EXCESS OF 45 MINUTES OR SO. I STARTED MY CALL BEFORE 11AM AND HERE IT IS 11:50 AND I AM STILL ON HOLD. ITS NOT LIKE ITS FRIDAY EITHER, ITS A TUESDAY FOR GOODNESS SAKE. THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE PEOPLE OPERATING THE PHONES SO THAT PEOPLE IN PAIN LIKE MYSELF DO NOT HAVE SUCH A LONG WAIT TO TALK TO SOMEONE. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TO ASK TO BE MADE EXEMPT FROM MY APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF MY CURRENT BACK PAIN. RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST. I AM STILL WAITING OF COURSE.
