  GIBS advised us that there would be a 3 week wait on the supply of a cavity-slider and were instructed to proceed.

  This morning we went to collect the cavity-slider, ot was wrapped up marked with the name on it, but it didnt seem large enough. After checking with them they assured it was the right one...Only was it was back at mine and unwrapped it was confirmed to not ne the one but a smaller cavity-slider than we required...so once again back off to GIBS to swap it over.

  I personally went to speak with GIBS on this and to find a solution because during this time I have had to relocate my 4children and 1 with a disability out of the home and hire a Porta-toilet and shower which was originally only ment to be for a few weeks an the on going hire of these was not in our budget.

  When enquiring over a week ago as to where the cavity-slider was they told us that ot was in a Perth warehouse and that stocktake was being done so we could expect it in a couple days.

  As an alternative GIBS offered a cavity-slider they had in stock that was to large and would need to be taken apart and all the pieces cut and shaven down to size before being put back together and installed, this a full days work.
