  Whenever i would call to talk to Mandy she was "out" or in a "meeting" or "on leave" finally on returning my keys i asked to see her and she wasn't in her office, caught her as she was leaving "for lunch"

  Even on google search on the rating system, one of the 5 star ratings is from one of their direct employees..... Trying to fix their own ratings because of previous poor reviews......

  Months and months to get back to email even when ive called and reminded them, when they would reply would only read half the email and ignore the rest. Maintenance would take months to be done. Contractors would take weeks to get in to do a 5 min job.

  When confronted Mandy Dalton she whimpered like a puppy and backtracked everything i was asking to how good everything is and overly nice.

  I had an investment property managed by these guys. Really bad at replying and communication. No internal communications between agents and accounts management which led to them trying to double dip me on bills. I asked them to email me all letters because I am based overseas and they kept sending me mail which I got months late. And at the end, giving bonds back to tenants when damage was done and leaving me with the bill with weak excuses and no replies.

  Absolutely no care for when i was broken into and a $40k car stolen (not recovered) only 2 months left out of the lease up and we did not feel safe in the house and would not giva a cafe to try help us get out early (this was not the first time we had been broken into but the worst one, all forced entry to house)

  We are on our second lease, thru the same property manager. Things get fixed quickly, and properly, and the staff are all great at what they do. Highly recommended.

  When moving out the house was in better condition when when moved in and was told to do things that were broken when i moved in AND ON THE PROPERTY CONDITION REPORT.
