  Poor service at the front window, refused to acknowledge us with the window closed and was pushy upon ordering, unknowing whether we were supposed to pay at the first window or not I began to move on and she rudely called out the window to us and when I backed up she shut the window again. We paid got no receipt or even an offer of one, she didn't tell us how much it cost either.

  Finding burgers to be of a decent bigger size than Maccas equivalent better taste and value too. Love HJs chips (best of the fast food stores in Geraldton imo). Drive thru is hard to negotiate when busy times, and walk in hard for disabled/wheelchairs.

  Id usually go inside, not too bad waiting times as long as your not in the peak, no more playground so I no longer use hjs... Fix your kids playground

  Upon being served at the second window the chip were all tipped upside down in the bottom of the bag and the bacon deluxe burger we ordered lacked any bacon on it what so ever.

  Food was ok but not great. Was not impressed with the overall attitude of the staff... They seem bored and not very friendly. Restaurant not overly clean and toilets a complete disgrace.

  Not even worth 1 star. Rude staff stood there for 10mins to order a burger staff kept looking but didnt even apologise for us waiting nor did she take our order. So we walked out. Maccas sounds better anyway.

  This is the first time this has ever happened at this Hungry Jacks to us but I will certainly be mentioning this to a lot of people to consider going elsewhere for meals.
