  Always understaffed with long waits and if you ring you get divrted to a full message bank. Poor performance from Australia's largest telco.

  Had what I wanted at a good price when I could not get it any where else in town. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Best Telstra store I have been in :)

  Not a fan of Telstra as a company but unfortunately you’re not always given the choice. I love that the store is always happy to help me when they can and the wait might be long but I am yet to visit a Telstra store that isn’t. In fact even when I go to the Apple store they make me wait. In my opinion it’s a small price to pay to make sure your queries get sorted.

  One month, two visits to the store, no resolve! Certain female sales consultant promised to follow up by messaging me on three seperate occasions and ive never heard from her! Absolutely pathetic. I thought to go in person would be best to solve my problem, but she was absolutely useless! Telstra Live Chat had my problem solved in 20 minutes which tells me this Geraldton Telstra Employee just really couldnt be bothered. Just there for the pay check it seems.
